Messaging Terms & Conditions

These Messaging Terms govern any SMS/MMS program (the "Program") made available by Smart Marketing 26 Co., LLC ("Smart Marketing", "we", "us"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
1. Program description
Smart Marketing sends account, customer-care, and (where you have consented) promotional messages about our agency services, client portal, and related updates. Messages are delivered through registered business SMS/MMS providers when the Program is active.
2. How to opt in
When enrollment is available, you may opt in only through a form or workflow that displays the required consent language and records your express written consent. If no opt-in form or published keyword is displayed, public enrollment is not currently available. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder or have authority to consent for the number provided.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Smart Marketing does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
5. Opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages, unless you opt in again.

7. Supported carriers & delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and is outside our control.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Eligibility
The Program is available to recipients in the United States who are 18 or older. By participating, you represent that you meet these requirements.
10. Changes
We may update these Messaging Terms; changes are effective when posted, indicated by the "Last updated" date above.
